2. 总则
本隐私政策描述了"Car Launcher"应用程序如何收集、使用和保护与其功能相关的信息。我们致力于保护您的隐私，并仅将获得的任何数据用于确保下文所述应用程序功能的运行。
重要提示： 我们不会收集、存储或向第三方披露您的个人数据，例如姓名、姓氏、年龄、地址、联系信息或账户数据。本应用访问的所有信息均仅在您的设备上进行处理。
3. 为应用程序功能收集和使用数据
为实现核心功能，本应用会请求您授予访问以下设备数据和系统功能的权限。所有数据均在设备本地处理，不会传输给开发者或第三方。

• 3.1. 位置数据 (GPS)
• 请求的权限： ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION（访问精确位置权限）、ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION（访问后台位置权限）。
• 使用目的： 这些权限是汽车启动器和行程跟踪器功能运行所必需的。
• 数据使用方式：
• 实时处理： 用于在主屏幕（小组件）上显示当前速度、坐标和行程数据。
• 后台模式处理： 当应用在后台运行或在启动器屏幕上使用其他应用时，用于持续计算行程统计数据。计算内容包括：行驶距离、平均速度和最高速度、行驶和停止时间、加速时间（0-60公里/小时、0-100公里/小时等）。当应用完全终止后，数据收集会立即停止。
• 数据存储： 所有行程历史和计算数据仅存储于您设备上本应用的本地数据库中。
• 3.2. 访问外部存储
• 请求的权限： WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE（写入外部存储权限）。
• 使用目的： 用于将您的应用设置和数据备份到SD卡或设备内部存储，以及用于恢复这些数据。
• 3.3. 访问麦克风
• 请求的权限： RECORD_AUDIO（录制音频权限）。
• 使用目的： 仅用于分析音频流（音量级别），以便在通过您设备上的任何播放器播放音乐时显示可视化效果（可视化工具）。我们不会录制、保存或分析音频内容。

4. 数据安全
由于我们不传输或集中存储您的数据，因此本应用处理的信息的安全性取决于您移动设备（Android）的标准安全措施。我们建议您使用密码保护设备，并勿让不受信任的个人访问。
5. 用户权利
您对数据拥有完全控制权：

• 您可以随时通过Android设备设置（设置 > 应用 > Car Launcher > 权限）撤销已授予的权限。
• 您可以通过从设备上卸载本应用来删除所有本地数据。

1. Application Developer
The developer and provider of the application "Car Launcher" (hereinafter – the "Application") is the individual entrepreneur / company Apps Lab Studio (hereinafter – "We", "Developer").

2. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy describes how the "Car Launcher" Application collects, uses, and protects information related to its functionality. We are committed to protecting your privacy and use any data obtained solely to ensure the operation of the Application's features described below.
Important: We DO NOT collect, store, or disclose to third parties your personal data such as name, surname, age, address, contact information, or account data. All information that the Application accesses is processed exclusively on your device.
3. Collection and Use of Data for Application Functionality
For the core functions to work, the Application requests your permission to access the following data and system functions of your device. All data is processed locally on the device and is not transmitted to the Developer or third parties.

• 3.1. Location Data (GPS)
• Requested Permissions: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION.
• Purpose of Use: These permissions are necessary for the operation of the car launcher and trip tracker.
• How Data is Used:
• In Real-Time: To display current speed, coordinates, and trip data on the main screen (widgets).
• In Background Mode: For continuous calculation of trip statistics when the Application is running in the background or when another app is used on the launcher screen. The following is calculated: distance traveled, average and maximum speed, driving and stopped time, acceleration times (0-60, 0-100 km/h, etc.). Data collection stops immediately after the Application is fully terminated.
• Storage: All trip history and calculated data is stored only in the Application's local database on your device.
• 3.2. Access to External Storage
• Requested Permission: WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE.
• Purpose of Use: To create backup copies of your Application settings and data to an SD card or the device's internal storage, as well as to restore them.
• 3.3. Access to Microphone
• Requested Permission: RECORD_AUDIO.
• Purpose of Use: Solely for analyzing the audio stream (sound level) in order to display a visualization (visualizer) during music playback through any players on your device. We do not record, save, or analyze the content of audio recordings.

4. Data Security
Since we do not transmit or centrally store your data, the security of information processed by the Application depends on the standard security measures of your mobile device (Android). We recommend that you protect your device with a password and do not grant access to it by untrusted individuals.
5. User Rights
You have full control over the data:

• You can revoke granted permissions at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Apps > Car Launcher > Permissions).
• You can delete all local data by uninstalling the Application from the device.
• All backup copies you create are at your disposal on the storage medium of your choice.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
